On many occasions, I have spoken about traveling light, about not keeping things that aren’t important anymore, and the same applies to what’s inside my mind. This is where the true work must be done. It’s easy to throw out equipment, but to discard the thoughts one has harbored for years? That’s the real work that needs to be done.
